- Bidding Notifications will be sent via SMS(text message) and email
- Auction lots will close starting at 9:00am on Labor Day Monday Central Standard (Saskatchewan Time)
- Lots will close at their designated time unless there is active bidding on the item (within 10 minutes) – the lot will extend by 10 minutes every time there is an active bid until the bidding has stopped for a full 10 minutes.
- A proxy bid may be placed on any foal – this means you can put the maximum amount you are willing to spend and the system will bid for you and notify you as it does so.
- A minimum of 50% of the purchase price is due via e-transfer, cheque or money order within 7 days of the auction close.
- If a payment has not been received by the deadline Rigetti Farms reserves the right to contact the next highest bidder.
- 5% GST will be added to the purchase price of each lot.
- All foals will be given a signed breeders certificate for registration if the colt is listed as register-able through AQHA or APHA. It is the buyers responsibility to register the foals.
- Pick up arrangements must be made on or before October 15th
